About Us

Park Way is a growing primary school with approximately 325 children on roll, aged from 4 to 11 years, set in beautiful grounds.  We have twelve classes throughout the school with a huge team to support them with their learning journey.

During the seven years that children are at Park Way, they need to achieve academic and life skills that promote lifelong learning and sets them on a steady path to success for their future.  They need to enjoy what they do and we work hard to run a creative curriculum which allows children to thrive and have a real purpose for learning.  Due to the size of our school, classes are organised in mixed year groups and this allows staff to plan for personalised and carefully targeted learning, which meets each child's individual needs.

We believe that the best investment we can make is in employing outstanding staff to engage, motivate and inspire our children to learn.  We have a large staff team, each with different skills and areas of expertise; because of this, we are in a very fortunate position to offer many 'interventions' across the school to challenge and extend the children's learning further and achieve the very best they can.

We pride ourselves on working with the community and we provide many successful events for children, parents and families - from fayres and discos to adult education and parent groups.  Park Way has a FLO (Family Liaison Officer) and PSA (Pastoral Support Assistant) who go above and beyond their role everyday to make Park Way a happy experience for parents and children.
