School Council

The School Council is made up of representatives from each class across the school. Council members are voted for by the members of their class. The aim of the council is to give the children a voice within the school.

School Council, along with Mrs Louden, meet every term. They look for ways to improve the school and discuss school based issues. So far this year the council have:

·       discussed and given input to the plans for the new playground equipment.

·       explored and updated the daily selection of fruit at the breaktime tuck shop.

We were also invited to send two school council representatives to the
Invicta Student Conference. The children really enjoyed the opportunity to meet School Council members from other schools and hear about all the exciting projects going on in their schools. They returned with lots of ideas to share at the next meeting.
