Term 1 Week 5

This week we have been planning and recording a news report using iMovie and green screen. We have been using some of the skills we learnt about writing newspaper reports to help us with the scripts and storyboards. 

In Maths Year 3 have been looking at counting in multiples of 10 and ordering numbers to 1000. Year 4 have been looking at comparing numbers to 10,000 and converting numbers into Roman numerals. 

In History we learnt about the Stone Age village of Skara Brae and what it told us about how early humans had evolved to live in more permeant homes and form communities. In DT we built examples of early, middle and late Stone Age homes.
