Welcome everyone to our last blog of Term Four!
A most enjoyable week, the children worked really well over a range of subjects including......
- GPS in Literacy, fine tuning their understanding of apostrophes, active and passive voice, colons, semi-colons and dashes.
- In Numeracy, Year 6 continued their learning linked to angles, whilst Year 5 unpicked two way tables and timetables.
- In Science, we investigated the often-forgotten Mary Anning, a fossil hunting expert during the Victorian era.
- In PE (Dance) the children finished their 'Mission Impossible' themed dances and were filmed performing their final pieces!
- In Computing, the children used their understanding of databases to search up real-life ones and book a specific flight to New York on a particular day (some of the first class prices were astonishing!!).
Have a great break everyone, enjoy your time away
