Term 1 Week 6

This week in our Literacy learning we have been planning our final newspaper reports and writing them up as our hot writes. The children have done an amazing job of using the different features we have looked at this term in their writing and have produced some fantastic learning. 

In Maths, Year 3 have been looking at how to add and subtract across ones and tens using a number line. Year 4 have been looking at column addition using four digit numbers with and without exchanging. 

In History this week we looked at the changes in Britain from the Stone Age into the Bronze Age after the 'Beaker People' introduced bronze to Britain. In Science we looked  at why it is so important to keep our teeth clean and healthy. In Computing we have been looking at creating podcasts and will be planning our own podcast based on our Stone Age learning,
