Welcome back to Oak Class - It's been a busy start to the new academic year.
In English, we've been focusing on emotions and children have been writing about how they've felt coming back to school.
In Maths, we've been revisiting the 100 square and learning how to present our addition calculations neatly in our books.
We spent time exploring the field and took part in a pirate themed scavenger hunt, with three children winning prizes for the most items found.
We've been looking at the artist Yayoi Kasuma and children produced artwork inspired by her love of bold colours, patterns and polka dots.
