Week 6 brought with it a special day on Thursday where children came dressed as pirates - Atlanta-Rose even wore a pirate ship! Thank you to parents for your support with this. Children took part in a variety of activities during the day including making and eating pirate stew (mixed reviews on this!), creating puppet pirates, a boat and a parrot to act out a story, and a pirate themed scavenger hunt in the afternoon.

In English, children have finished their versions of The Pirate Cruncher.

In Maths we've been learning how to add using a number line.

Congratulations to Aadya for winning a prize in the book mark competition, and to Matei and Phoebe who were this week's representatives in the Golden Book.
