Welcome to Walnut Class!

Hello and welcome to Walnut Class! 

This term we will be learning all about island life. In Geography, we will learn about different islands around the world, locating them using atlases. We will learn about Malta and the Galapagos islands, making comparisons between these islands and the UK. Through our English lessons, we will be reading Robinson Crusoe and will create stories based around adventure. In Art we will create art work influenced by the work of Damian Hirst. 

We will have Swimming on Tuesdays. Please make sure swimming kits come into school in a named bag. Our PE day is Wednesday; children should come into school wearing their PE kits.
