Term 1, Week 8

Our focus story this week has been 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'. The children really enjoyed retelling the story and going on their very own bear hunt. We then created our own story map from this. 

In Maths this week we have recapped weight and patterns. We have reinforced this through continuous provision and whole class Maths games. 

In Art we have spent time exploring the art area; exploring the different paints and how we can mix and make our own creations. 

In PSED we revisited our school rules and listening to a story. The children were very good at remembering the classroom rules. 

We would like to thank you for our continued support this term and settling the children into their first term at school.
