Well done to Ivy Class for another fantastic week of learning!
As another fab week has passed; we've been busy busy busy learning:
- In Maths we had to find a half and a quarter of a shape and a quantity - we even cut food up!
- In Literacy we applied our story writing skills to our hot write - we tried hard to include adjectives, verbs and conjunctions.
- We are showing increasing accuracy to hit a shuttlecock in badminton in PE.
- In art, we have begun to make our temples; we used modelling wire to create our structures.
- In RE, we have been learning about what Christians believe in and what they teach; we reflected on our own actions in society.
- In PSHE, we continued to understand the importance of the value of money and what a bank is for.
- We focused on resilience and teamwork training with Commander Josh this week! We had to climb an obstacle course to reach a very special medicine to save our friend!!
Ivy Class have been designing some amazing watering devices. Thank you to those who brought in materials, the children had a great time making them!!
Have a wonderful weekend all!
