Week ending 11th October 2024

In literacy this week, we have completed a 'Hot Write' newspaper report detailing how Barney met Stig.  The children had to predict what they thought would happen to the characters next; my favorite being that they went and lived in New York city!!

In numeracy, Year 4 have been learning about rounding to 10, 100 and 1000. Whilst Year 3 have been learning about addition and subtraction.  We have also been practicing our times tables to support our ongoing knowledge.

In art, we have been continuing our creations using sandpaper to represent the walls of a cave!
