Week ending 13th September 2024

Happy Friday everyone.

It's been a very busy time as we embark on our first full week back, getting into our timetable and having our first swimming lesson.

In literacy, we have been learning about Stig (from 'Stig of the Dump') and how we could describe his character.  We had some very interesting descriptions about how bad he would have smelt (I'll leave that to your imagination!!).  In maths, both year groups are continuing their learning about place value and practicing their timetables on TT Rockstars.  Please continue to practice at home.

This afternoon we completed some cave paintings after learning about the caves in Lascaux, France.
