Week ending 17th January 2025

It has been lovely to see how quickly the children have settled back into our school routine after the Christmas break.

In literacy we have been continuing our text of the Iron Man. We have written dialogue for a range of characters in the text and next week will begin using drama to bring the characters alive.

In numeracy, we are beginning to learn about a formal written method for multiplication and will move on to applying this method to solve word problems.

Thank you to all those parents and carers that have been practicing times tables at home. All year 4 children have been assessed this week and you should have received a letter regarding this.
