Week ending 25th April 2025

Happy Friday Everyone.

I hope you are feeling relaxed and raring to go after the Easter break.

In literacy this week we have been looking at our new topic and text.  This term our topic is Let's Plant It looking at plants and how they grow whilst our text is Plants to the Rescue by Dr Vikram Baliga.  We have started our research on carnivorous plants which the children were really enjoyed especially the plants that eat insects!

In numeracy, Year 4 have been learning about equivalent decimals whilst Year 3 have been adding and subtracting fractions.

Just a quick reminder that our PE day is now Wednesday and that it is our class assembly next Friday.  We look forward to seeing you there.
