Maple Class have had another brilliant week where we have started to focus on writing in the third person and adding subordinating conjunctions to our sentence structure.
We have continued our learning about the Stone Age and how our teeth and jaw have developed since then as our diets have changed to accommodate this. To support our learning, we made our own mouths and teeth using plasticine.
In maths, we have started to compare and order numbers up to 1000 and are practicing our times tables to ensure that we are confident.
A reminder:
We have swimming on Mondays and PE on Tuesdays. Please ensure that your child comes to school wearing the correct kit (see our website if unsure).
Reading records should be in school daily.
Have a lovely weekend and see you Monday!
