We were very lucky on Tuesday to have a visit from the Air Ambulance for Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Some of you may remember that the children completed an online training session to learn how to use CPR as part of their Restart a Heart initiative. We were fortunate to have won the competition to have some of the crew come into school to tell us about what the role involves and how they save lives.
In literacy, we have continued our learning about the Iron Man and have written expanded noun phrases to describe both the Iron Man and Hogarth. In numeracy Year 4 are beginning to look at perimeter and whilst Year 3 have been learning about length.
Thank you to all those parents and carers that have continued to support with reading. It is having a real impact on vocabulary and comprehension skills.
See you all on Monday, have a great weekend.
