Another lovely week of amazing learning done and dusted! Well done parents and learners of Walnut Class, you are all absolutely amazing!
We continued reading our text for Literacy, 'Stig of the Dump.' The children enjoyed taking part in our role-play sessions. They've pretended to be the main character of our text, but mostly loved being the interviewer.
We had whole class maths this week and created amazing presentations of number place values. We also looked at and worked on multiples of 2, 4, 8, 50 and 100 up to 1000.
During our Science session we have investigated the digestive system and made our own digestive system labelled diagrams.
In our History session we identified changes in Britain in the Early Stone Age.
For RE, we discussed what is important in Hindu life.
We ended our week with amazing Stone Age life art.
Have a lovely weekend.
From Mrs Jacobs and Mr Dodd.
