Term 5 Week 2
Good afternoon.
It has been another enjoyable week in Maple Class with the children continuing their learning about fractions in Numeracy and our text, Danny Champion of the World in Literacy.
Today the children had their first session with Commando Joe's. They believe that building character, self-confidence and resilience are an important skill for young people in the modern day. The children enjoyed a range of activities to encourage team building and to promote communication skills. We are lucky to have this opportunity for the remainder of this term.
