Term 6, Week 3

This week we have been learning about Celebrations. We have discussed Father's Day, looked our special male role-models in our lives and created our Father's Day cards. 

In Maths we have looked at patterns. We created our own patterns using our bodies. For example, head, nose, head, nose. We then created patterns using cubes and looked at our pattern rule. Lastly we created patterns for our partner to continue on. 

In PSED we discussed how we can look after ourselves. We came up with lots of great ideas and wrote a mind map on the board. 

On Friday, we had our Father's Day, stay and play. Thank you to everyone that came. It was lovely to see the children creating some wonderful arts and crafts and playing a good game of football.
